Brad Norton is Tenneco’s executive vice president and president OE Ride Performance, responsible for overseeing the company’s original equipment Ride Performance business unit. When DRiV separates from Tenneco, Norton is expected to serve in the same position with DRiV™, pending completion of all required steps and related board approvals.
Prior to joining Tenneco in October 2018, Norton was co-chairman of the board and co-chief executive officer of Federal-Mogul Holdings LLC, and chief executive officer, Federal-Mogul Motorparts. He was also elected to the Board of Managers of Federal-Mogul LLC.
Norton has more than 25 years of global automotive experience in both original equipment and the aftermarket. Prior to joining Federal-Mogul Motorparts in 2014, he was president and a board member of Freudenberg-NOK, the Americas joint venture between Freudenberg GmbH and NOK Corporation. Previously, he held a series of increasingly responsible leadership positions in operations, supply chain, commercial and organizational strategy with BorgWarner, Nissan North America, AlliedSignal and other companies.
Norton earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio, and an MBA from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio.
