Ernie Keith is Tenneco’s senior vice president and chief supply chain officer, responsible for leadership of the company’s global supply chain infrastructure. When DRiV separates from Tenneco, Keith is expected to serve in the same position with DRiV™, pending completion of all required steps and related board approvals.
Before joining Tenneco in 2018, Keith served as COO of North Atlantic Industries. Prior to that, he spent 11 years with Arrow Electronics, the last four of which as senior vice president, global services, overseeing the company's supply chain excellence. In addition, Keith spent 18 years with Hewlett Packard in roles of increasing responsibility. He began his career as an engineer with Chevron Corporation.
Keith holds bachelor's degrees in both electrical engineering and mechanical engineering from the University of Idaho.
Kesseler began his career with the Ford Motor Company in 1989 and worked in North America Assembly Operations for five years in various manufacturing management roles.
Kesseler holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College. He currently serves on the board of the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
